• A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate any custom project. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion before delivery or installation.
• Any modifications requested after an order is placed may result in additional charges and revised timelines.
• Prices are subject to change based on material availability and market fluctuations.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer delivery and installation services for custom furniture within Canada. Additional fees may apply based on distance and complexity.
• Delivery timelines are estimated and may be affected by supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• Clients must inspect their furniture upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of custom woodworking, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• If a defect is found, we will assess the issue and provide a repair or replacement at our discretion.
• Artisan Craft Creations is not responsible for damages caused by improper use, handling, or environmental factors (e.g., humidity, extreme temperatures).

5. Warranty

• We stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a limited warranty on structural integrity and workmanship.
• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or natural wood variations such as knots and grain patterns.

6. Liability

• Artisan Craft Creations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our furniture or services.
• We are not responsible for any structural modifications made by the client or third parties after installation.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes related to our services or products shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration under Canadian law.
• If necessary, legal proceedings shall take place in the jurisdiction of Ontario, Canada.
